Baguio Balacbac Siberian Husky Victim of Alleged Abuse

On April 28, 2016, at 2:42 pm, we received a private message from a concerned citizen about a Siberian Husky dog which allegedly was a victim of animal abuse.

Said dog was reportedly tied to a post beside a grocery store in plain view of the general public, and was left there come rain or searing heat of the sun, day in and day out, without any roof or cover. Observers claimed that the dog has been in that predicament ever since she was a still puppy.

This netizen sent to us 2 photos showing the dog soaking wet during heavy rain.

According to owner, her name is Nata and she is one-year old. He admitted that he has been tying the dog at that spot during the day but brings her inside during the night. He agrees to make a temporary shelter for her to provide protection from the weather until something permanent can be done to ensure the welfare of the dog.
